NABC Championship on the Line in Nashville
Current CPBF No. 4 Bobby Gunn (12-1) takes on former WBE challenger Jeff Holcomb (9-3) for the NABC Americas Cruiserweight Championship.
(PRWEB) May 28, 2005 -- The State Fairgrounds Sports Arena in Nashville,
Tennessee, hosts the Brawl for It All Thursday June 2, 2005. Doors open at 6pm
and the card starts at 7pm.
Current CPBF No. 4 Bobby Gunn (12-1 w/ 10
KOs) takes on former WBE challenger Jeff Holcomb (9-3 w/ 8 KOs) for the NABC
Americas Cruiserweight Championship http://www.nabc.net in the 12-round main event. The WBE belt
is also on the line.
Fresh from NBC's The Contender, Nashville's Jonathan
Reid (33-2 w/ 19 KOs) competes in a co-main event.
The card is supported
by eight additional bouts featuring many Tennessee fan favorites including
Murfreesboro, Tennessee native Keith McKnight (42-4) facing Chattanooga’s tough
and durable Jeff Bowman in a 6 round Heavyweight fight.
Nashville’s own
Ramon Arellano (5-2) meets another Nashville fighter, Rico Cason (16-14) in a 6
round Light Heavyweight match-up.
Louis Galarza (8-1) will be
squaring-off against Fernando Ibarra (2-1) in a heated Welterweight affair. Both
fighters are from the Music City.
Melinda Woody of Cleveland, Tennessee
makes her pro debut against Lana Alexander (2-6) of Nashville.
