Santa Clarita School of Performing Arts Grand Opening
Santa Clarita School of Performing Arts offers a variety of acting and modeling classes.
(PRWEB) March 19, 2005 -- March 1, 2005 marks the opening of Santa Clarita
School of Performing Arts located at 23502 Lyons Avenue in Santa Clarita, Ca
91321.
The school features programs in acting, voice, music and image
programs taught by working actors and industry professionals.
Mike
Josten, academy founder, has spent over 20 years in the entertainment industry
from producing films to producing his own success story, his son Matthew.
Matthew, a mere 7 years old already has an impressive resume. Starting at 5, he
booked several national commercials, including Monsters, Inc. and State Farm. He
was booked as A.J. on the hit series JAG, from there went on to guest star on an
episode of Birds of Prey. His next venture was starring as Drew Carey's nephew,
Gus, on the Drew Carey Show. Currently Matthew can be seen every Tuesday night
on the hit ABC show, Rodney. Matthew stars as Rodney's son Bo.
After
spending many years with a franchised modeling and acting school, Josten created
a new environment where performers of all ages can have the ability to perform
at a variety of levels. Workshops are available for children, teens, and adults
- from beginning levels to advanced and professional actor's
programs.
The academy's programs are affordable and professional,
affording everyone the opportunity to begin to explore their creative and
expressive interests.
If your dream is to pursue the entertainment
industry on a professional level, the Academy can help. This academy is backed
by a family whose roots are grounded in the entertainment industry. Passion and
hard work is the mission statement of the Santa Clarita School of Performing
Arts.
Call today for more information. Enjoy your first workshop on us
and see what everyone is talking about.
