the incidence of serious knee injuries by 62 percent in athletes. This book is
the brainchild of both Brians', and together they draw on their experience as
licensed physical therapists and certified strength and conditioning specialist.
There techniques are bold, innovative and easy to follow.
According to
Schiff, the 95-page manuel, "Protecting the Athlete's Knee," includes a
self-testing procedure,that allows a coach and an athlete to assess the risk
levels of certain play action. The book also offers techniques that lower the
likelihood that an ACL injury will occur in most demand sports, like Soccer,
Rugby, Lacrosse, Basketball, Skiing, Gymnastics, Wreswtlying, Football and
Hockey (ice and field).
