(PRWEB) August 25, 2005 -- Cheerleading is becoming one of the most popular
activities among high school and colleges today. Both males and females now
complete a functional competitive squad to perform amazing and exhilarating
choreographed routines.
The KoBu Power Workout Master Class was well
received with an energetic attitude by twenty four University of Delaware
Cheerleaders on August 22 at the Bob Carpenter Sports Building.
Coaches
introduce cardio strength training programs such as KoBu Power to their
atheletes because it has become essential part of training in sports in
obtaining the highest overall performance level of each individual of the
team. The athletes embrace the new workouts to break the tension of their daily
sport drills.
The coaches as well as the team especially enjoyed the
instruction of KoBu Power's Bunkai (the self-defense escape techniques) by the
founder of KoBu Power Michael Ray Graves. The Hip Hop music for the class was
provided by James Bailey of Head First Management of Delaware and the workout
also was filmed for a future KoBu Power DVD video release.
Some schools
in the Tri-state area are presenting the KoBu Power Program for a 2005-2006
after school activity. Look for a future KoBu Power Workout in a school or
health club near you.
KoBu Power was recently a feature article in the
American Fitness Magazine and also aired on CBS Sunday Morning News with Bill
Giest.
