the 40-minute “RAGGS Kids Club Band Holiday Jam, Rockin’ the Rockies” will be
available nationwide November 2 for a suggested retail price of $12.98 for the
DVD and VHS. Nearly 20-minutes of bonus features on the DVD include: Four
Sing-A-Long Holiday Music Videos—“Frosty the ‘Sno-Man,’”” “Santa Claus Is Comin’
To Town,” “The Twelve Days of Christmas,” and “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer,”
plus Meet The Band individual character profiles.
The band, which stars
five big, colorful canine characters, has built a reputation for high-energy,
musical fun while delivering wholesome messages about music appreciation and
pro-social values. Their interactive road show is full of surprises such as
beach balls exploding into the audience and participants competing with the
“Pawsuuup”® club handshake. They take the same formula to the screen in “RAGGS

This holiday season
fans of RAGGS will also see the band in concert when RAGGS Kids Club Band
Holiday Jam, Rockin’ the Rockies premieres on television in a joint venture
between RAGGS and WTTW National Productions/Chicago. The 30-minute TV special
will be shown on WTTW-TV Channel 11 Chicago in November and December as part of
the station’s holiday line-up of children’s holiday specials. The special will
also broadcast on select public television stations across the
country.
In “Holiday Jam, Rockin’ the Rockies,” the band, starring RAGGS,
Trilby, Pido, B.Max and Razzles, get a call to fill-in for a cancellation with
the promise that they’ll be home for Christmas. They head to the mountains where
they have a rockin’ good time playing a school concert and enjoying skiing,
snowboarding, rock climbing, swimming and even snow tennis to the max! When
their van breaks down and they can’t get home for the holidays, they also learn
valuable lessons and make new friends. The show features 12 holiday classic
songs, which the band has recorded on an award-winning CD appropriately titled
“Holiday Jam,” which retails for $9.98.
Recently, RAGGS Kids Club Band
PAWSUUUP! Tour Concert DVD received several awards from major national
organizations that review the best in children’s entertainment: Seal of
