Firearms Training at Your Local Karate School?
Tactical Defensive Concepts, the world's first Martial Art that is based on tactical shooting, has opened a development program for those people wanting to become a TDC certified instructor.
Cookeville, TN (PRWEB) July 21,2005 -- Chad Cantrell, President and founder
of Tactical Defensive Concepts, the forerunner in bringing tactical training to
the law abiding public, announced the opening of the TDC Instructor Development
Program, a training and certification course that will bring the TDC tactical
firearm self defense system to the general public at prices and availability
never before offered.
Cantrell, a long time firearm and self defense
enthusiast, said “For several years, it has been on my mind that many people
that carry firearms or have them in their homes for protection can’t afford the
training that they need to safely deploy them if they are needed. I saw it as my
responsibility to bring them the training that is needed, in a way that is
accessible to everyone.”
With practical and scientific self defense
firearm skills being offered at a local level, whether at a college, martial
arts school, shooting range, or a stand alone TDC Training Center, all concerned
citizens and law enforcement officers that need this training can get it in
their home town.
“I have known Chad for many years, and his gun
techniques have always been some of the best in the martial arts world” said
Master Gordon Dixon of Gae Eui Gil Kwan Martial Arts in Tupelo, MS. “When he
told me that he was starting this instructor development course, I knew that I
had to get on board. I already have a waiting list of people wanting to study
this material!”
The TDC Instructor Development Program involves telephone
and email coaching, teleseminars, as well as in person training with the
founder. All interested parties are encouraged to visit www.tdcusa.net/indev.html for more information.
