The Oxford Princeton Programme Completes Management Buyout; Company Founder and Current President, Clara Lippert, Says Move Will Propel Company into New Era of Success
PRINCETON, NJ (PRWEB) September 20, 2004 -- The Oxford Princeton Programme
Inc., the world’s leading provider of training solutions to the energy,
commodity and derivative industries, today announced the completion of a
management buyout, giving Clara Lippert, current president, full controlling
interest of the company.
Lippert created Princeton Energy Programme in
1992 and PrincetonLive.com in 2000. In 2000 she engineered the merger with The
College of Petroleum and Energy Studies, forming The Oxford Princeton Programme.
She provided the vision and leadership behind The Oxford Princeton Programme's
innovative and successful approach to interactive professional education,
building it into the global leading provider of energy education.
As the
terms of the deal were not disclosed, The Oxford Princeton Programme will
continue to offer its renowned training programs worldwide. The company
currently services more than 280 energy companies, 140 non-energy companies, and
trains, on average, 120 executive level personnel and 4,000 delegates per
year.
“I am excited by the opportunity to acquire full control of the
company’s destiny,” said Clara Lippert, CEO and president of The Oxford
Princeton Programme, Inc. “Becoming an independent company is an evolutionary
step to fulfilling the promise to our customers to deliver high quality training
and superior customer service. Since 2000, we developed a strong product line
and have trained many industry leaders like BP. On our own, we can better assert
our identity as a market leader and focus 100 percent attention to our business
objectives.”
Since The Oxford Princeton Programme’s creation in 2000,
the company mastered its customer service model and grew a loyal customer base.
Maintaining loyalty and attracting new business from likes of BP and other
industry stalwarts, The Oxford Princeton Programme regularly enhanced its course
offerings by anticipating industry changes and customer needs. Under Lippert’s
leadership, the company added PrincetonLive.com, its web-based training
division, and developed, on average, four instructor-led courses per year
meeting customer demand.
