MarKim Farms’ ISR/Oldenburg NA Foal "Reagan" Wins High Point Foal Championship
MarKim Farms’ ISR/Oldenburg NA Foal "Reagan" Wins High Point Championship with score of 8.4 at Gpysy Woods Farm. Reagan is estimated in the top 6% of ISR/Oldenburg NA foals inspected in North America.
Gpysy Woods Farm, Richwood, OH (PRWEB) August 9, 2005 -- MarKim Farms’ colt
“Reagan” was awarded the High Point Championship, by Ekkehard Brysch, Chief
Executive Director, ISR/Oldenburg NA. This was an impressive win in view of the
field of outstanding foals presented for ISR/Oldenburg NA inspection and
approval.
Reagan achieved the highest score and was awarded a Premium
8.4. This is a very significant score in view of the fact that in 2004 some 513
foals in North America were presented for inspection throughout North America.
Only 6% were awarded 8.4 or higher.
Sired by Riverman and out of
MarKim’s ISR/Oldenburg mare Liaisonne, Reagan was born in May 2005. His
conformation foretells a star studded future in the footsteps of MarKim Farms’
previous National ISR/Oldenburg NA Champions: Impromptu and Wunderstern.
Impromptu was also the “2003 USDF Reserve Grand Champion Horse of the Year,
Sport Horse Colt”.
With this win Liaisonne now has her third Premium
Foal. This achievement qualifies her for an “Oldenburg Mare Star Award for
Quality of Foals”. Liaisonne’s sire was the world famous Frohwind*****, a five
star ISR/Oldenburg NA stallion. Bloodlines certainly make the
difference.
MarKim Farms is owned by Kim and Mark Ennett of Carleton,
Michigan. Kim Ennett on winning the championship stated that, “This win, over
such a wonderful group of top flight foals, further strengthens our resolve to
breed only top of the line world class premium foals.”
