iSucceed Agrees to Donate $1 Million to Help New Real Estate Agents Through the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation
iSucceed brings together 154 top producers, each closing tens of millions of dollars in real estate, sharing step-by-step money-making strategies. They are mentors to many real estate agents and now will also be helping thousands of new licensed real estate agents.
Aliso Viejo, Ca (PRWEB) December 15, 2004 -- In a joint statement issued by
iSucceed, Inc. and the Real Estate Apprentice Foundation, Stefan Swanepoel,
announced that iSucceed had agreed to donate $1 million dollars of mentoring
services to real estate agents through the Real Estate Apprentice Grant program
in 2005. The recently launched Real Estate Apprentice has captured the
imagination of the real estate industry. It is the first non-profit initiative
in the residential real estate brokerage industry to help newly licensed real
estate agents and improve the overall level of residential real estate
brokerage.
Although in no way similar or related to the hit reality TV
program “The Apprentice” hosted by real estate mogul Donald Trump (www.trump.com), there is little
doubt that the huge success of the NBC program (www.nbc.com) has contributed some of the excitement around the
Real Estate Apprentice Grant program (www.realestateapprentice.com). According to Jim Hogan, of
Hogan School of Real Estate, a RealtyU® School (www.realtyu.com) in Tucson, Arizona, “Every Real Estate
Apprentice entrant is a winner and the grants support new entrepreneurs' quests
for success. The Real Estate Apprentice Grants are helping new licensees get a
leg up and that is what it's all about. Thanks for making it
possible."
In accepting the iSucceed (www.isucceed.com) sponsorship, Dr. Martin Oliver, Deputy
Executive Director of the Foundation, explained that as a result of the donation
all enrollees to the grant program would now receive unlimited access to the
nations largest online knowledge vault of real estate tips, tools and business
strategies during each respective six month grant period in 2005. “This is an
unbelievable benefit for rookie agents” he said, “as the iSucceed service can
help every agent, whether new or experienced, save hundreds of hours and
thousands of dollars by learning from top producing agents that have
successfully walked the path before them.”
iSucceed has 160 of the real
estate industry’s most successful agents as it’s Mentors. Over and above being
top sales people, these agents also have a common passion: to share with their
peers and with rookie agents the path from struggle to achievement. Collectively
these Mentors provide an invaluable service to the real estate industry. The
iSucceed vault has over 300 hours of valuable online mentoring systems, modules,
money-making strategies and skill-based training.
The
announcement coincides with the phase I re-launch of iSucceed’s website, the
largest online knowledge vault for real estate agents. "Since our original
launch in 1999 we have added considerably more services and Mentors to service
our growing membership," said Bill Shue, iSucceed COO. "Not only do we have the
largest library of step-by-step money-making systems and strategies from top
producers, but we also offer weekly counseling calls, hundreds of downloadable
tools, and a unique Ask your Mentor service."
“Your site is the best
clearing house of good ideas that I've ever seen on the web. I was literally
astounded that you folks had what I had been looking for,” says Rick Keagle, a
retired Army Colonel, spouse and manager to Eva Keagle. Eva is ranked in the top
1% of more than 30,000 agents in the ERA Real Estate Network (www.era.com). As Eva said to me this
morning “How come we didn't know about this service until now? Damn if I know,
but I know that I have all weekend to enjoy my new candy shop!”
The roll
out season of the Real Estate Apprentice ends this December. Judging will take
place during January and in early February, 10 lucky real estate agents will be
awarded grants totaling $125,000. The overall winner, who will also be awarded
the title “The Real Estate Apprentice,” will receive a single grant of
education, products and services totaling $75,000 while nine finalists will
individually be receiving grants valued at over $5,000 each. Grants made will
not require any form of repayment. The next season starts on January 1st,
2005.
