World’s Most Exciting Towable Water Float Ready for Market Launch
Duquesa Marketing hired to handle all aspects of Wake Breaker™ branding.
Norwalk, OH (PRWEB) August 29, 2005 -- Wake Breaker™, a patented breakthrough
in high thrill “towable” water floats, has completed research and development
and will begin marketing the high performance float in spring 2006.
Dave
and Sharon Barman, inventors and owners of the Wake Breaker™, announced the
appointment of Duquesa Marketing Inc., Ft. Thomas, Ky. to guide their cutting
edge, thrilling water float through final stages of pre-market planning. “We’ve
spent several years and several hundred thousand dollars, designing, testing and
patenting the ultimate performance water ride experience” said Mr. Barman.
“Nothing on the water performs like Wake Breaker™, we wanted to insure the best
possible marketing strategy for the launch, that is why we chose Geoff and Nancy
Ficke’s firm”.
Wake Breaker™ offers a thrilling, high performance ride
experience made possible by the insertion of a lightweight concave, rigid
plastic insert that stabilizes the tube and allows for almost instantaneous
planing. The rigid base eliminates water pooling inside the float, thus
providing a lighter unit with less water drag that results in higher barrel
rolls, sharper turns, more rapid acceleration and a heart thumping, professional
quality ride adventure.
“It is amazing how the simple addition of the
patented plastic insert changes the ride dynamics of the float”, said Nancy
Ficke, EVP of Duquesa Marketing. “Wake Breaker™ is the Ferrari of water
towables, it’s so light, nimble and responsive, what fun”! “The market for water
sport toys and floats has exploded in recent years”, said Geoff Ficke, “but most
of the current product offerings are just variants of color, shapes and
multi-person floats. Wake Breaker™ is a real performance
breakthrough”.
Duquesa Marketing is coordinating manufacturing, and
marketing strategies for the spring-2006 launch. In addition, Wake Breaker™ is
in discussions with several companies interested in pursuing exclusive
international licensing rights. “We can self-market the product ourselves, or
pursue a license strategy that exposes Wake Breaker to the largest possible
market more rapidly”, said Mr. Barman. “We aren’t really selling water floats,
we’re selling maximum fun”.
