Winter Ski Deals: Ski, Stay and Play at Cannon Mountain

Cannon Mountain with its amazing surroundings, varied terrain, and easy access has always been a great place to escape to. All special events encourage kids to play games, have fun, and win prizes, donated by Coca-Cola and Cannon Mountain. Throughout the season all events will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. and registration for all events is from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. February 7th is Cannon?s Mardi Gras Costume Cookie Race. All kids who dress up for the slopes will get treated with a cookie at the end of the race. Cannon will host the JR Excellent Adventure Race on February 21, with a Snowsnake Slalom and Pig Air Jump. February 28 brings Chumley's Cookie Race to town, where kids can race Chumley down the mountain. Mo the Clown will also be on hand to share the fun.

Kids can search for their Pot of Gold in the Shamrock Rally just ahead of St. Patrick?s Day on March 13. On March 20 Cannon Mountain will host a Scavenger Hunt for treasure-seekers. And to wind up the season, an Easter Egg Hunt on April 3 will beckon Mo the Clown back to town for an early Easter celebration.
