Comment: I purchased this tape after reading some reviews.What a mistake,I threw it in the garbage.Ms. Welch is on a tredmill,with 2 others doing aerobics,either jumping in place or running up & down steps.Stick to Jane Fonda,at least you will moving around.

Comment: I've used many workout videos and dvd's. This is the best by far. I have had three copies over the past ten years and used my first until it no longer worked. Since then I've tried to find on DVD format. Looking for a fourth copy.

Summary: Not a Diet but a Tastey Way to Live Lean!
Comment: Having used this video a few summers back, I can assure you that IT WORKS! The exercise routine is easygoing and delivered a "cut" to my body within a week. And the diet plan? Not even a diet really, but a TASTEY way to LIVE! It focused my food intact, keeping it within a do-able time frame {no more thinking the diet is "forever"} In fact, the process was so envigorating and sensuous-shaping that at the end of the three week period, I skipped the "treat" and went right ahead and did another three weeks. WOW. This is recommended to anyone looking to have control of their body image. My only problem with it? I've lost the enclosed diet chart and am desperately seeking a copy of the most energizing and enlivening plan I've ever run across.

Comment: Yes, it is a really good video. It is so good that libraries seem to have it. Please contact Ms Welsh for the need for her video. Great workouts too. It is very consistent in implementing the routines to maintain complete body maintainenance. It is easy to follow too. Thanks to Ms Welch. Also please do a sequel too.
