Hand made in Tuscany.This jam is made in the mountains between Bologna and Florence by Maria Grazia La porta. All of the jams she makes are from locally picked fruits and produced in small batches. All are intensly flavorful without being overly sweet because Maria cooks her fruit a touch, concentrating the flavors.
