Comment: it does flake, it doesnt come off all in one tube piece as stated and it barely goes on when applied. I could hardly tell except later on as it flakes off. It does as well smudge if you sweat without touching it by hand. I can stick to the cheap stuff for this much crap.

Comment: This really is the best mascara I have ever used. I have small naturally wimpy eyelashes and this is the only mascara to ever make a noticable difference.
I also bought the Mirenesse Primer (on Ebay, it's cheaper)and the two together make magic happen. I put the primer on first, wait a few minutes for it to dry throughly. Then I curl my lashes with a heated eyelash curler. Last I apply the mascara.
The mascara goes on easily, dries quickly, does not flake or smudge EVER! Best of all it does not cause irritation to my eyes, a problem I have been having with mascara most of my life.
It is expensive, but trust me it's worth every penny.

Removes with just water. Took me forty years but I finally found the ultimate mascare! My own lashes are protected and growing longer and stronger now that I use Mirenesse mascara. No more cheapo black cement mascara for me!! Thank you Mirenesse....your "lip lava" is also really nice.

Comment: Love this mascara however it dones dry out over time. Since it is water-based, add few drops until you get your desired constancy, the tube should last about a year. I never smears and lashes do not clump.
