Customer Rating: Summary: accudart Comment: I ordered this dartboard for my husband. He likes it and so do I.
Customer Rating: Summary: dartboard review Comment: This a good dartboard. the only problem that i have with it is that when i got it, one of the metal parts leading to the bulls-eye was not affixed properly. A manufacturer error i suppose. Other than that, this is a fine dartboard.
Customer Rating: Summary: Good Bang for your Buck Comment: Started out as a good entry-level board, but the metal rings started falling off after a few months. A little work with a hammer fixed the problem, but it's not particularly durable anyway. Probably still a good buy at this price, and I've enjoyed it.
Customer Rating: Summary: Quite fine for amateur, at-home, or beginner. Comment: This board is quite fine for at-home use. I'm a rank amateur who finally decided to improve my game by throwing alone at home, the place I practice is outside so I move the board a lot and it's holding up great.
The darts included in this set are okay training darts, the barrels and flights will hold up to lots of practice throws. However, I would recommend getting replacement NYLON shafts right away (a couple bucks for two different-colored 3-shaft sets).
Hey, it sure beats the little desktop velco set I had a few years ago!! ;>)
Customer Rating: Summary: good homeowner occasional use board Comment: being in a position to run, and play, in tavern tourneys, this board CLEARLY shows "you get what you pay for! Casual use, this is a fine, well priced unit. For any sort of continual use, it just won't hold up. Spend the extra $20.00 or so, buy a Nodor, Winmau, or any other "pro quality board" Save this one for home.
