Summary: Placebo is what it is
Comment: This stuff is crap. Extra Strength my leg. My achy hurting leg that wasn't helped at all by this placebo, that is. This stuff works alright for fevers, but for pain, Aleve and Advil are the way to go. This stuff isn't even worth getting because Advil works equally well for fevers, and exponentially well for pain.

Tylenol Acetaminophen Extra Strength really helps ease the discomfort of muscle aches and pains when I have the flu, a bad cold or if I just simply pulled a muscle. This offers me a very good alternative to aspirin if I need pain relief.
Obviously, this is for short term pain relief from relatively minor aches and pains. It can even help to temporarily reduce a fever. If you have any major problems or concerns consult a doctor before taking this product.
Tylenol comes packaged rather well and you should use this before the expiration date printed on the bottle. If the expiration date has passed throw this out and get a new bottle of Tylenol.
All in all, I have used Tylenol for decades and I have always been satisfied. It helped when I started a course of chemotherapy this week and it has almost never let me down. I highly recommend this product.

Summary: Great for migraines
Comment: Amazing product for people who suffer migraines. I had gone to a doctor several times after medications they prescribed failed. I then decided to take my own action and bought a bottle. I felt relief in less than a half hour. Its great for aches and pains as well. Def recommend.

Summary: THE BEST For when you're pregnant!!!
Comment: As a woman who is pregnant and is restricted only to Tylenol, this stuff IS THE BEST. I'm used to taking Aleve and/or Excedrin migraine, so I needed something with a stronger kick. Rapid Release fits the bill without "burning out" like other products do, have signed myself up for subscribe and save! Another positive strength about Tylenol, pregnant or not, is that this product does not actually enter your bloodstream. The less harmful and abrasive the stuff is to your body while doing the job, the better. Definately will continue to use after pregnancy is complete!
