When the use date gets close - I start using it to zest up tuna salad - YUM!

Comment: This is a very nice Aioli. Make sure if you purchase it, you will use it quickly, once opened the shelf life is not that long. It is of a more liquid consistency, not thick like mayonaisse, but excellent tasting. Makes for a good soft spread, sauce or dressing.
