Comment: Had used a string trimmer to do edging for years, but wanted to make those edged lines straighter, more professional looking. This really does the trick! Takes some getting used to, you have to get the cutting angle right, but boy does it do a good job! Very easy to use, though heavy (but it has to be to do its work). Well constructed; the gearbox gives off a substantial, smooth feel to the edging operation. Had looked at several other edging attachments but became convinced this unit would work best all-in-all and haven't been a bit disappointed.

Comment: I bought this edger based on the other reviews I read on Amazon. I had intended to purchase the Expand-it brand, but the reviews convinced me to go with Poulan. Glad I did. It works great. Could not be more satisfied.

Comment: I love this thing! The last time I had an edger it was the size of a small snowblower. This thing takes up very little space and clips right in to my modular trimmer. I was skeptical that this would work, but after using it for the first time I found that it could cut right through my lawn that had grown over onto the sidewalk. Now I have a nice straight edge along my lawn from a trimmer attachment that takes up very little space when not in use. Highly recommended.
