Summary: Good Stuff, I recommend 'em and have been using 'em for years.
Comment: These are a good way to fill the holes that show up in the increasingly lacking diets that all fast paced, first world countries are seeing more of each year. A supplement can't do everything but it does help (depending on which research you read) and though these pills are not the equivalent of all the fruits, veggies, vitamins and minerals you should be taking in every day, they do help take up some of the slack. The problem with supplements of almost any type are that you body won't get all of what is in the pill, some of it just passes through your digestive tract. Because of this I recommend dropping a pill in a blender along with what ever you make a good smoothie, milkshake, etc., out of and go from there.
The best thing about One A Day Men's Health Formula is that they don't add iron to their pills like some supplements do. This is not as big a problem for women but men will more often than not have too much iron in their system rather than to little. I am a certified pharmacy tech (RPhT) in all 50 states and am 1.5 years away from finishing my bachelors of medical science so I have some my homework on a lot of the assorted big name drugs, over the counter medical supplies, and herbal remedies and these are some of the few products I keep using. That being said, don't trust a screen boasting boasting an RPhT and a soon-to-be college degree, ask a doctor or a pharmacist. If, however, my review has got you thinking, be sure to write down a few points and ask someone you can trust. The more you know, the better off you will be especially when it comes to your health.

Comment: These vitamins are not exactly the best one a day out there. You will not even notice the difference between taking and not taking them. It will not improve your immune system, and you will find you have to take other supplements to make up the difference until you finish the bottle and purchase something better.

Comment: If you're a man and you've hit the age 40 mark, check out this have-it-all supplement. This one-a-day includes elements important for good prostate health and healthy eyes, areas not usually addressed in daily vitamin supplements. While we all know about prostate problems, we hear less often about deteriorating eye health as men age. That's why this pill has 3,500 IU of vitamin A, the perfect maximum anyone should take by supplement and greatly supportive of eye function, and 150% of RDA for vitamin E. I recommended this product to a friend with an eye-issues history. The price is quite good, and you get a full scale attack of vitamins and minerals. Aging hits us all. Doing all you can to maintain quality of life should include a daily dose of this supplement.
