Summary: old fashioned product with real results
Comment: I have used this product for more years than I care to admit. I have serious headaches and now serious arthritis. This product is in powder form which is mixed in a small amount of water (or any amount you might wish). Probably because of this method of ingestion, it works quicker, better and with much less stomach irritation. At least it does for me. Periodically I try other over the counter remedies but always go back to this tried and true pain reliever. It does have caffeine in it, so if you are sensitive to that ingredient than this is not for you. But, for the rest of us, I could not recommend it higher. Only caveat - it tastes terrible. But if you are in pain, who cares. I choose better and faster relief over a good tasting or non tasting remedy.
