Comment: Very happy with product. Tablets dissolve under tongue quickly. Economy size for regular use is very convenient and cost effective. Very effective for muscular tension and inflammation when taken regularly.

Summary: Simple remedy for trauma and shock
Comment: I originally started using homeopathic arnica because of all the bumps and bruises that my children would get. If they would fall down and start crying, they wanted "Mommy's little sugar pills" because they knew they would make them feel better. They also really like the way the way the tablets taste because they are a little bit of milk sugar that quickly dissolves in the mouth.
Arnica is good for any type of trauma and shock. We even use it successfully with jet lag, because there is a certain amount of trauma and shock associated with traveling.
When I had surgery, I was able to avoid all post surgical pain medication with the use of arnica. The nurses were astounded, and thought I was one of the toughest people they had ever met. A top plastic surgery clinic in Indianapolis even recommends arnica before and after the surgery!
This is one remedy I always make sure I have in my purse. I once heard someone say "God made arnica so we would learn about natural medicine."
If you are new to homeopathic remedies, it is best if the remedy is not touched. So I simply tip the bottle over into the lid and then tip the lid into the mouth, or a bit of water. It's also best if the you don't eat or drink anything else 15 minutes before or after taking a homeopathic remedy.
If you have small children, I also recommend Hyland's Teething Tablets, 125 tablets (Pack of 4), and Hyland's Colic Tablets, 125 tablets (Pack of 3).

Summary: Take for bruising after surgery
Comment: My bruising after surgery was minimal compared to some after similar surgery. I like to think it was due to taking the supplement. It was very easy to take, they melt under the tongue. 1 tip tough is to not eat or drink 15 mins before or after taking it to maximise absortion. Good value in the multipack package.

Comment: Fantastic for:
Kids bumps and bruises. Two doses within five minutes really decreases the swelling and bruising. 1st thing I grab, then a cold washcloth.
I pulled a leg muscle, used the ointment and tablets. Way more helpful than advil.
Excellent for any muscle or tissue trauma to decrease inflammation, bruising, swelling which in turn helps speed up healing.
This is the product which hooked me on the effectiveness of homeopathics. Teething Tablets from Hylands are also excellent.
No negative side effects occur from homeopathics-if it isn't the right treatment it won't help.
Two to three tablets are safe for children, I usually take 4-5 for relief. These dissolve in the mouth. Don't eat or drink for 15 minutes after a dose.
