They have everything doctors recommend for pregnant women, and in the proper amounts. These vitamins are capsules, so they contain powder forms of the nutrients that are more readily absorbed by your body. They also have no off-smell to them like some pre-natals. That may not seem like much, but wait till morning sickness kicks in...then you'll be grateful!
