I started chewing Altoids gum when I used to smoke. The strong fresh flavor keep my breath fresh. I've since stopped smoking (Thank God!) but I still love this gum. I chew it after meals when brushing isn't available. I always have a tin in my purse. The fact that it's sugarless is a major plus, but the taste is Fabulous. I sincerely hope that they are not going to discontinue it as one of the reviewers commented. There is no other product on the market that even comes close.
