Summary: It's ok but not great
Comment: I've had this model for about three years. It's worked fine for about two and a half of those years.
Pros:
simple design
easy to change battery
Cons:
Although the blades are easy to access they are not easy to clean
Weak - struggles to work
Been nicked a number of times (no idea how but it hurts like hell).

Summary: Have Panasonic model ER416
Comment: I haven't had good luck with nose/ear trimmers -- tried many brands including Norelco and Remington. I found Panasonic model, ER416, Wet/Dry, to be the best though. Seems to have good power and definitely trims hair. It stopped working after I dropped it, but worked agsin once I made sure all the components were back in place and lined up with the notches on the head of the unit.

Comment: This is great! I've only owned it for about 1 month, but I was really skeptical. The first time I used it I cringed when I turned it on. I was waiting for pain----NO PAIN!
Then it was time to review the results. This things is far too easy. It gets all the hair the first time and you are looking great! There is no excuse for any guy to not have one of these. Great product boys, order one today!

Remove unwanted hair from nostrils and ears safely, quickly, and easily with the ER415SC Personal Groomer. All Panasonic Groomers are designed with a safety cone, which wraps around the blades to prevent them from coming in contact with the skin. The blades themselves are made from hypoallergenic stainless steel so they will hold their shape and resist rust. A non-slip grip wraps around the groomer so it is easy to hold and maneuver. The cap will also attach to the bottom of the groomer to extend the grip. For easy maintenance this unit rinses clean under running water. Runs on one AA Battery. (not included)
