I bought, first, one for my house and few days later I bought one more for my office. It best I could get. The cradle is great and I don't know how I made it this long without it. I'll probably order another one for work because the price is great. The cradle has a pretty bright led light and its very noticeable in a dark room. That may be a problem for some if the charger is in a bedroom. For me its a pretty cool nightlight. However, using the docking I can charge both, my cellphone and a backup battery! It's a high value add to me. Bargain Cell shipped the item the next day and the product arrived quickly and in great condition. The docking station with spare battery is the solution for one stop charging and syncing. The extra battery is a plus and already saved me on an overnight trip. The only disappointment is the phone does not fit in the docking station with a faceplate, but that is a minor inconvenience. Customer Rating: Summary: Poor quality manufacturing results in malfunctions Comment: This model has extremely poor quality control. The plastic base is so misshapen that the entire thing rocks back and forth significantly. The batteries don't charge unless you wedge them into the charging area with something thin in order to press the battery up against the contact. The Mini-USB mount is angled too far back requiring you to wedge the phone into the cradle with too much force for long-term use comfort. The LED lights do not change form green at any time, so they serve no purpose. Skip this one, and most likely any other models that look remotely like this one, since they are probably made by the same Chinese firm. More Reviews
