Summary: Like and Dislike
Comment: I bought these formulated for 'active' women. I have taken these for one week, and have actually been able to sleep deeply, throughout the night, for the first time in months. These vitamins give me a feel great energy shortly after I take them. One downfall is, I have a strong taste/aftertaste in the back of my throat the rest of the day. It is moth ball-like. Not sure i'll keep taking them because of this.

Comment: I have been on this product for at least a year now. I highly recommend it! It's high in antioxidants, B-vitamins, and all the other great stuff to help you get and stay healthy! I've noticed that I haven't been ill like I have in previous years since taking this product. Highly recommend it!

Summary: Better than most brands.
Comment: I can't take any of the common drugstore vitamins as they tend to bother my stomach quite a bit. GNC's Women's Ultra Mega (whose name I'm pretty sure was chosen by an MTV focus group) is a non-nauseating time-released formula. The tablets are large, which might be an issue for you to consider, but I haven't had difficulty swallowing them. I mainly take a multivitamin for the iron because I used to be anemic; an iron free version is also available. There's an impressive array of antioxidants here too, but only half the amount of calcium most women need in a day(?) I've yet to see the multivitamin that provides a 100% DV. I think maybe it has to do with absorption. Although I still think organic vitamins are the best you can do for your body, you could do a lot worse than GNC. Oh, and yes, this makes pee neon yellow. I've nailed it down to there being way more vitamin B than your body can actually absorb in one day.

Comment: I highly recommend this vitamin, it keeps you active all day but at night you still get your sleep, not like other vitamins that make your sleep go away.
