Comment: For the money, this product is okay, I suppose. It doesn't seem to get very hot, even on the highest setting. It takes several passes to get a section straight enough to suit me. (I have wavy hair). The design is nice, and it's very lightweight, but I just wish it got a little hotter, so I didn't have to spend so much time on it.

Comment: The product is very good considering the price and the straightening capacity. The only disadvantage I found was that since the heating plates inside are not even,the heat styling sprays that we use stick onto the outer edges. This would require cleaning in between the process.

Comment: I am very disappointed with this flat iron. My old Vidal Sassoon ceramic iron that is five years old works better--but I wanted a smaller one. It never seems to really heat up and it takes a long time to straighten my wavy hair. There are some grooves in it which I don't understand. I wouldn't waste your money even though its cheap.
