Summary: good but a bit BIG
Comment: stuff works good
The battery socket isn't quite well designed. Would be better to have a "positive" latch since the after market battery has about a gap the thickness of a business card. This makes it feel loose and I was actually stuffing a business card to push the battery against the contacts.
Other than that .. its HUGE.. I really didn't buy it for the phone charging stand but mainly for the extra battery charger in it. I think its huge just to make the socket for the phone reasonable. I wish I could dismantle it and repackage it just for the spare battery - that would be cool.

Summary: Does what it advertises - 1 issue with spare battery
Comment: Works fine just as advertised. FYI - the USB cable ONLY charges the phone in the docking port and the AC plug ONLY charges the spare battery slot. My only issue though is when I bought this device I also bought a standard spare battery from Amazon as well, the spare battery does not fit in the charging slot. It is a fraction of an inch smaller so the chaging pinns on the device push it out and don't connect. It's not a big deal though, I stick a penny inbetween the back of the device and the battery and it keeps it in place. This is NOT a problem for the battery that comes with the phone, it fits just fine on it's own. I would recommend this product.

Summary: Cradle will not charge the Tilt via power adapter
Comment: The first cradle I received, I returned immediately becauuse it appeared to be defective, and of course had to pay for the return shipping. Now I just received the replacement and it has the exact same problem... the Tilt will not charge in the cradle when using the 120v power adapter. The cradle will charge a spare battery in the rear slot fine.
Interestingly, if you unplug the power adapter and plug it directly into the phone, it will charge fine. I was just about to give up and return this unit too but thought I would try plugging the cradle into a USB hub via the optional USB connection. Whattya know - it works - both in charging the battery and connecting to the PC for syncing.
It makes no sense to me why the power adapter with the cradle will not work, but I see that I was not the only one who has had this problem.
