Comment: This is not a great product. I have and recomend Docter Riter's Real Ease neck support. It is a much better product for those with neck pain.

Summary: Another great davinci tool!
Comment: If you are a fan of the softer davinci tool (red one found all over amazon), then you will probably like this one. The difference is that the red one actually collapses or gives under a reasonable amount of weight while this one does not. It is made of a harder plastic and is not pliable. Whether you find this useful will really depend on how much weight you put on the tool when you use it. I use this to apply pressure (or crack) my lower back. The softer version will not support the weight necessary to do this, while this one does. On the flipside, if you will probably only use the tool on your neck/upper shoulder area, then I would recommend getting the red davinci tool.
