Comment: I had been having insomnia for a few days and it was irritating. I saw the review for Restaid and decided to try it. This product made me drowsy but it did not really make me fall asleep. I went to the store and bought some maximum strength Unisom and I finally got a good nights rest. So I guess everyone's body chemistry is different.

Summary: Natural Product that works
Comment: I have used this product for 6 months. I wanted a non-addictive, all natural product to help me sleep through the night. This is great. No morning hangover. No crazy dreams. Just peaceful sleep. I wake up and feel good. I wish it was cheaper. Like $10 per box. I am not sure why it is so expensive. But if you can afford it, it is better than a prescription sleep med because you don't have to worry about withdrawal symptoms.
