Summary: OK if you enjoy computer created animation
Comment: I guess I was a little disappointed that this whole film was computer created animation even though the images were realistic. If you enjoy watching prehistoric creatures in action, this may be the video for you but I enjoy "live" animals much much more so I was really not too turned on by this film.

Comment: We bought this movie for my son for Christmas. He loved it. He is a budding scientist, archeologist, magician, and jedi knight. This movie fit right into his every day adventures.

Comment: I purchased this to add to my sons growing collection of Prehistoric DVD's he loves it. The animations are great and make learning fun

Comment: I guess I expected too much from this show, and was let down when I saw it. It wasn't extremely terrible, but it was terrible. THe CGI was very cheap looking, and it was way too short (of course they didn't have much to work with).
Save your money and go buy Walking with Dinosaurs, its more expensive, but totally worth it. Even Dinosaur planet or When dinos roamed america is better, just don't waste your time with this.

Comment: I thought this would complement nicely my large collection on the prehistoric. And it still might, if ever I get to watch it. Twice from Amazon, and once from another vendor, I purchased this dvd -- and it wouldn't play on my player. Nothing wrong with my Sony -- everything else plays fine -- and they were all marked Region 1. So there's a problem at the manufacturing end. I'm dumbfounded that others haven't reported this. I'm the only one? And bought it three different times?
