Comment: GREAT COLORS. I WANTED A DIFFERENT PALETTE THAN THE DEFAULT SO I SENT AN EMAIL AND THEY SPECIAL ORDERED IT FOR ME. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE SHADOW COLORS ARE GREAT! LOVE IT AND VERY HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!

Comment: I ordered a makeup pallet from this site in August and I have to say that I was utterly disgusted at what I received. Not only was the pallet the wrong color, included in the package were used eyeliner and lip gloss! The lip gloss is CoverGirl brand and half empty. The eyeliner was missing a cap and was obviously used. I am extremely disappointed with this product.
So I wrote a letter to the company. The company apologized and said as soon as i take my negative review down than they promise to refund me and send a free gift. So i took the negative review down...it has been down for over a month.
I am yet to recieve my refund, so i write another letter...
The company claims they do not know what they had promised me and had no idea what i was talking about.
So basically, this product and company is not worth anyones trouble.

Comment: The product isn't the one I received in the mail, the colors were different. But, the shadows I did receive however, are very nice colors. I am pleased with the product. Afterall, a girl can't have too many shadows. =)

Comment: I love this one, its so classy and clean, my box was pink, not black, but I rathered to keep the pink one since its more girly. eyeshadows are made in good quality, picture doesn show the metalic colors, it has so many metalic colors.
