Summary: Amazing sound, great CD!!
Comment: Like many, I discovered this great a cappella group on YouTube last year - and was so excited to find out they planned a holiday CD! I was not at all disappointed - it is fabulous. Superb arrangements make even the "old favorites" sound new, with beautiful harmonies (and I too like the vocal "sound effects" instead of instruments!). I'm buying 10 to give to family and friends this holiday. These amazingly talented singers so deserve their new-found success and I hope we hear much more from them!!

Comment: This acapella group is very talented and has an interesting history. Their holiday song selections are good - some original and some traditional. The arrangements are also good and it's sometimes hard to believe that there are no musical instruments - their voices are the only instruments. Enjoyed this CD very much!

A really fresh sound! Their new Christmas Album is great listening! The whole family enjoys it, from the little kids to grandma and grandpa!!

Summary: Fabulous Christmas CD
Comment: One of my weaknesses is holiday music. Every year I anxiously await the newly released Christmas albums and always select two or three to add to my collection.
This one I selected for this year and I LOVE it !! What is also pretty amazing is that my husband and 14-year-old daughter also like it. When something appeals to all three of us, it's remarkable. We had this on the stereo all day yesterday while putting up the decortions around the house. We still weren't tired of it by last night and just sat and listened to the music and appreciated how truly wonderful this CD is.
The voices are pure, on most tracks there is no instrumentation and the creativity is amazing. I also enjoyed the fact that there were many old "standby" Christmas songs that were done with a new twist while staying true to the music. If you only buy one Christmas CD this year, this should be it ! I hope their success continues and we can look forward to more music coming from this fantastic group.

Comment: Yes, like 8 million others, I was hooked on this group after viewing the "12 Days of Christmas" YouTube video. I am a long time fan of a capella music, and SNC has recorded THE holiday CD of the year! The arrangement of Auld Lang Syne will have you looking forward to New Year's Eve this year.
